Lindsey Corbin, Founder
Lindsey Corbin is a trademark industry expert with over 15 years of experience, encompassing both in-house and in Big Law. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and an additional certification in Paralegal Studies from Emory University, Lindsey is qualified to assist with intellectual property, litigation and general administrative needs.
Having overseen major international trademark portfolios (including some on the Fortune 500 list), as well as implementing brand protection programs and successfully building legal billing policies, Lindsey is a highly qualified paralegal who has been assisting attorneys across the country.

Michelle Klopp, Partner
Michelle Klopp is a partner at delegate.legal. She has more than 20
years’ experience working with law firms and lawyers. Her work includes
business development training, individual and group coaching, leadership
training, and strategic planning. Michelle also works with clients in
industries outside of legal including, non-profit, start up and the arts.
Prior to joining delegate.legal, Michelle served as the Chief Marketing
Officer at McGinnis Lochridge in Austin. She has also held the CMO position at
Hanson Bridgett LLP in San Francisco for 10 years. In her role as CMO she
oversaw the marketing and business development activities for both firm’s core
practice groups. During Michelle’s in-house tenure, she drafted responses to
more than 200 RFP’s and routinely coached the attorneys to prepare them for
beauty contests and new business pitches. She also spent significant time
developing and implementing practice group, individual business development
plans and strategic plans.
Michelle has a strong passion for helping women and while at Hanson
Bridgett, she launched the firm’s Women’s Impact Network, focused on advancing
women at the firm as well as reviewing firm policies for equity. Michelle is
proud of the fact that she has mentored and helped advance the careers of many
up and coming women both at Hanson Bridgett and outside. While at McGinnis
Lochridge, Michelle was an integral member of the firm’s Women’s Initiative
Committee and Diversity Committee.
Michelle has a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and
resides in Austin, Texas with her husband, son and 2 Golden Retrievers.
Saebryn Peel, Marketing Manager
Saebryn Peel is the Marketing Manager at delegate.legal.
As a recent graduate from the College of Media, Communication and
Information at the University of Colorado Boulder, Saebryn received her
Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and minor in Communication.
Since joining delegate.legal, Saebryn has strategized, managed, and
programmed various social media channels for clients in a variety of different
industries. She has also written content for websites, secured marketing and
public relations opportunities for clients, and has successfully grown audiences
over many platforms.
Saebryn previously worked as a Magazine Assistant for CU’s Alumni Magazine. She is passionate about all things social media, writing, and growing brands. She currently resides in Spring Lake, Michigan.
