About me
Marissa Overcash has been with Delegate Legal since 2021, when she joined as a Corporate Law Paralegal after spending eight years in private law practices.
She served as Senior Paralegal and Firm Manager from 2018-2023 for a general practice firm with a focus on agency law, and as Paralegal from 2013-2018 for a corporate bankruptcy firm. Marissa is well versed in company startup, wind-down, mergers, partnerships, acquisitions, and conversions. She is also skilled and experience in civil litigation, trial preparation, trial exhibits, pleadings, research, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
Marissa is an avid volunteer with a local American Legion Riders Chapter as Adjutant; a mom to a daughter in high school, and son serving in the Construction Battalion of the U.S. Navy.
