About me

Craig joined the USPTO in 1979 as a trademark examining attorney. While his career progressed from Examining Attorney to Managing Attorney, Craig examined thousands of applications and drafted briefs to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

In 1997, Craig became Administrator of the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) where he helped design, develop and implement the system we all now use in our everyday work. A little over 10 years later he took over managing the Trademarks Customer Outreach Program  where he helped develop and execute the outreach programming with colleges and entrepreneurship clubs to present lectures on trademarks.

As you can imagine, Craig has extensive knowledge and experience not just with TEAS but also with TESS, TSDR, the ID Manual, TTAB, ESTTA & TMEP. Delegate.Legal is pleased to able to utilize his skills to help our clients, and have him as a resource to answer questions, discuss strategy, prepare filings and draft arguments.
